FAQs
A frequently asked questions (FAQ) list is used in the ComUnity Platform documentation to respond to common questions that have occurred over time to support the Toolkit. For example, posts or queries by new users related to common knowledge gaps.
Solved support calls
ComUnity uses FreshDesk to record and support all user calls. These calls and their solutions are collated and where appropriate certain calls are documented in the ComUnity Platform's user documentation.
Troubleshooting
At times certain issues arise which may have complex solutions. The issues are documented showing causes and solutions.
