# ComUnity Platform

The ComUnity Platform is a composable foundation for building and running modern digital services. It helps technical teams build, run, and evolve the core platform capabilities their applications depend on by unifying infrastructure, identity, metadata, data, workflows, integrations, configuration, observability, and reusable services within a governed environment. As a result, teams can build human-facing applications on a secure, governed, and observable base from the start.

### Build more than applications

Enterprise systems are too often built from isolated applications, disconnected workflows, and repeated infrastructure work. ComUnity gives platform teams the shared foundation they need to compose services, expose data, orchestrate workflows, and connect systems, without rebuilding the same infrastructure, integration, governance, and observability patterns on every project.

### What you can do with ComUnity

ComUnity brings these capabilities together so teams can:

* Model business data and metadata.
* Connect APIs, systems, services, and communication channels.
* Compose reusable application and workflow capabilities.
* Configure platform behaviour centrally.
* Govern identity, policy, and access.
* Observe runtime behaviour across applications and services.
* Extend the platform through reusable services.

### Who it is for

Platform and delivery teams building and running digital services, from developers composing applications in the ComUnity Developer Toolkit to the operators who run them in production.
